Valentine's Date Night Virtual Cooking Class with Chef Rodney - Steak Au Poivre + Soby’s She-Crab Soup + Molten Chocolate Cakes

Join us for a special edition of our Table 301 Virtual Cook Along Series - a Valentine's Day "Date Night Dinner for Two" Class!

Ignite your passion for cooking while doing it with someone you love! Inspired by love and culinary passion, this class is the perfect place to learn something new in the comfort of your own kitchen. During this cooking class you (and your date) will prepare a full meal designed to serve 2 people including soup, entree, side dishes and dessert. 

For this class, you'll cook the Steak Au Poivre and sides alongside Chef Rodney. The She-Crab Soup will be prepared and ready to heat and eat and the Molten Chocolate Cakes will be ready to assemble and enjoy!

Love wine? Our sommelier has selected optional wine pairings to add on to your special meal. We've also included a few delectable hors d'oeuvre options (each sized to feed 2 people) to add to your menu, if you choose.

Braveheart Beef Steak with a Cognac Green Peppercorn Sauce, Roasted Asparagus, Parsnip Mashed Potatoes

Here's how it works:

  • Order you Meal Ingredients Box by Wednesday, February 10th through or by calling Table 301 Catering & Kitchen at 864.271.8431.
  • Pick up your box of ingredients on Friday, February 12th between noon - 3pm or Saturday, February 13th between 8am - 1pm from Table 301 Catering & Kitchen (22 East Court Street, Greenville, SC 29601)
  • On Sunday, February 14th, log in at 6:00pm to cook along with Chef Rodney live by visiting the Table 301 Facebook Page (the live stream will appear in the Table 301 Facebook feed). Chef Rodney will give you a step-by-step guide to preparing your meal from the comfort of your own kitchen. You can even ask questions via chat. (Bonus - If you can’t cook along with the live stream, we’ll have the videos available so you can make the meals on your schedule.)
