Chef for a Day

There’s a cook in all of us—it’s time to let them shine. If you love food, enjoy cooking, or want to improve your skills in the kitchen, this is the perfect experience for you.

One of Table 301’s talented chefs will guide you through a hands-on culinary adventure, showing you how raw ingredients can be transformed into an exquisite, multi-sensory meal. When you arrive, you’ll suit up in your personalized chef coat and work side by side with the chef to prepare a meal for yourself and three guests. The experience lasts approximately four hours and offers the opportunity to explore ingredients you may not typically use or techniques you’ve been wanting to try.

After your time in the kitchen, you’ll have a chance to go home, relax, and get ready for a night out. Dinner will be a three-course meal served for a total of four guests. You’ll also receive a personalized, signed menu from the chef to remember the experience.

Once purchased, you’ll receive a certificate with all the details you need to arrange your experience. Wine pairings can be added at an additional cost and will be discussed during planning. Experiences take place in active restaurant kitchens and are available for scheduling Monday through Friday only.

Please note: a minimum of two weeks' notice is required for scheduling, based on availability of both the guest and the chef. Not valid during the month of December.
